Brave Freddie Flintoff in good spirits as he greets pals at training after being praised for ‘great form’

Freddie Flintoff was all smiles as he met up with friends at training, following high praises for his "great form." The former cricket star was spotted walking on the pitch at the Oval ahead of the third One Day International match between England and New Zealand.

Relaxed and Ready

Donning an England-branded hoodie, bucket hat, and shorts, Freddie looked relaxed and in good spirits as he chatted and joked with his cricketing pals. Despite the signs of the horrific injuries he sustained in a recent crash, he appeared to be in high spirits during the training session.

Back on His Feet

Freddie Flintoff, 45, suffered facial injuries and broken ribs in a 130mph crash while filming for Top Gear. However, after making a remarkable recovery, he has returned to public life and is once again helping out with the England ODI series. Former teammate Steve Harmison revealed that Freddie had been keeping himself busy during his recovery, including training a guide dog.

Great Addition to the Team

Steve Harmison, who played alongside Freddie between 2002 and 2009, expressed his excitement at seeing his friend back in action. He described Freddie as having "great cricket knowledge" that can be passed on to the younger players. Harmison believes that Freddie's presence in the England dressing room will not only be educational but also entertaining for the team.

The England team and fans alike are thrilled to see Freddie Flintoff back in action and in such high spirits. With his cricket expertise and contagious personality, he is sure to bring a positive influence to both the team and the game.
