Cricket star Liam Livingstone gets whacked in the groin by ball TWICE leaving Big Bash commentators in laughing fit

AUSTRALIA’S Big Bash cricket league delivered their own version of Man Getting Hit By Football as Liam Livingstone took TWO painful blows to the groin on Tuesday.

During the clash between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Renegades, England international Livingstone was made to suffer for his half-century.

The replays caught Livingstone’s pain vividly

In a rollercoaster spell up against bowler Richard Gleeson, the Cumbria native was first hit painfully trying to smash a leg-side delivery for six.

An audible cry came from Livingstone but he appeared to have the last laugh when launching a delivery onto the roof of Geelong’s GMHBA Stadium moments later.

However the Renegades got their own back again as Will Sutherland caught the batsman misjudging another fast delivery to catch him flush on the groin.

Livingstone’s anguished yell of “oh no!” was picked up on the stump mic to send the commentators into hysterics.

Aussie legend Michael Hussey joked “he might not get up from this” as physios rushed on to attend to the stricken star.

Lets hope hes okay,” Hussey added while holding back the giggles. “Its not that funny”

On a score of 26 at the time of the second blow, Livingstone eventually regathered his thoughts and his unmentionables to hit 59 and help deliver the win for his side.

That awarded the 26-year-old the Man of the Match award with his six to the roof robbing his groin blows as the official Moment of the Match.
