Tragic Loss After World Cup Final

An Indian cricket fan, aged 35, has tragically passed away after suffering a heart attack shortly after Sunday's World Cup final. The match took place at the Narendra Modi Stadium, with Australia emerging as the victors.

Heart Attack Claims the Life of Software Engineer

Jyotish Kumar Yadav, a software engineer, had returned home for Diwali and was watching the game with his family and friends. Reports suggest that Yadav was initially tense during the match but later became joyous as his team took three Australian wickets in quick succession.

End of the Match Brings Tragedy

Towards the end of the match, Yadav began experiencing chest pain. Unfortunately, following India's defeat, he collapsed and was quickly rushed to the Sri Venkateswara Ramnarain Ruia government general hospital. Despite medical efforts, Yadav was declared dead.

Support for the Grieving Family

The state government has reached out to Yadav's family to offer support during this difficult time. Additionally, Mohith Reddy, the Chairman of Tirupati Urban Development Authority, visited Yadav's home to offer condolences.

India's Unbeaten Streak Comes to an End

India had an impressive run in the Cricket World Cup, winning all their matches leading up to the final. However, they were ultimately defeated by Australia, ending their unbeaten streak.

After the match, fans online also commented on the "awkward" trophy presentation, with Pat Cummins appearing "lost" during the ceremony.
