MODEL Caprice yesterday revealed her glamorous female pals went berserk over Shane Warne.
She told how the cricketer charmed supermodel Lee-Ann Liebenberg at a glitzy event — then walked into another bash with her the following night.
Caprice, 50, was launching her lingerie brand in South Africa and attended a charity do the night before, sat next to Shane.
She recalled: “To the other side of him was Lee-Ann, so he was pretty happy with the seating plan and he ended up being the life and soul of the entire event.
“He was so tongue-in-cheek, self-deprecating, charming and, of course, good-looking. He was absolutely hilarious — all the girls were going berserk over him.
“They were all just fawning over him and he was loving every second of it. The funnier he was the more attention he got.
“They should have hired him to host the whole night. In the end they gave him his own microphone and he would make all these comments.
“He had the whole room in stitches with his brilliant one-liners.”
The next night Caprice hosted her party in Johannesburg, and Shane arrived arm in arm with Lee-Ann, once voted FHM South Africa’s hottest woman.
She added: “I hadn’t invited Shane as I didn’t think he’d want to come.
“He was like, ‘Hey Cap!’ and had this cheeky grin on his face.
“It was typical Shane. He really was a special character and it’s such a huge loss to the world.”
