Many fabs have been falling for The Hundred, but this supporter took a tumble to pull off a great catch from one of Liam Livingstone’s ten sixes
Birmingham Phoenix all-rounder Liam Livingstone was ‘caught’ off this six in his 92 not out from 40 balls – but by a fan high in the stands

The Headingley supporter showed off his fielding prowess, before downing his pint

Cheering supporters were already in a carnival mood, as Birmingham Phoenix matchwinner Livingstone was on the way to 92 not out off 40 balls.

And unlike Northern Superchargers, the phenomenal fielding fan was not permanently floored by the star all-rounder.

He held the white ball and jumped up to jig for joy as the crowd joined in celebrating his corking catch.

Livingstone, meanwhile, had earlier taken 3-25 as Northern made just 143-8 off their 100 deliveries.

He then left the Superchargers flat with an electric TEN sixes in the highest knock of this year’s competition.

His innings powered Phoenix to an eight-wicket win from just 74 balls.

the Northern Superchargers were kissed off with Liam Livingstone’s brutal batting, but this fan enjoyed catching some of the limelight

Livingstone tweeted: “Had worse days… Thanks for all the messages.”

And he told the BBC: “I was just trying to hit almost every ball for six.”

That’s no consolation for the Superchargers, who blew a fuse after looking good at 82-0 from the first 40 balls of the match.
