GERMANY legend Toni Kroos has retired from international football following his country’s exit from Euro 2020.
The 31-year-old’s announcement comes days after England’s 2-0 victory against Germany at Wembley.
Kroos has confirmed his international retirement on social media this afternoon.
The Real Madrid star was part of the squad that defeated Argentina 1-0 in the 2014 World Cup final.
He also helped Germany reach the semi-finals of the World Cup in 2010 and Euro 2012.
Kroos scored 17 goals in 106 international caps.
