And its reckoned the Toffees are in pole position to bring former Chelsea gaffer Ancelotti back to England.
Its believed the Premier League and FA Cup winner has hired a new agency to help seal his next move.
And SunSport can exclusively reveal Ancelotti is now in London to discuss terms with Everton to become their new manager.
Indeed, Arsenal are now at risk of missing out on the highly-rated Italian, who has won four league titles and three Champions Leagues with the likes of AC Milan, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
And the Gunners may instead turn to Shanghai SIPG boss Vitor Pereira instead.
