According to Fichajes.net, former Manchester City star Torres is wanted by Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta to relieve their firepower issue.
Arteta wanted Torres in the summer too, and would have landed his man were it not for a late veto from Barcelona boss Xavi.

Torres’ versatility is a desirable quality and it would allow him to fit in anywhere in Arsenal’s attack.

In the season and a half Torres was in Manchester, he had some strong displays all across the front three.
