Arsenal in huge blow with Oleksandr Zinchenko out of West Ham clash with groin injury in worry for Arteta

Kieran Tierney has come in as his replacement.

It is the Scotland international’s first start in the Premier League since December – a 3-1 win over West Ham.

Despite the blow, Arsenal fans have rallied behind Tierney to put in a good performance and wished Zinchenko a speedy recovery.

One fan wrote: “Zinchenko will be a mess but KT is gonna be fine.”

A second said: “OUR BHOOOOYYYY.”

A third commented: “Get well soon Zinny
.”

“Rest up for Southampton king,” a fourth typed.

A fifth added: “Get well soon, but he has to be in that dressing room. Just like Jesus did when he was injured.”

Zinchenko’s absence comes after Arsenal’s lead over Manchester City was slashed to just six points.

City have a game in hand over the Gunners, with the two sides set to face off later this month.

Mikel Arteta‘s side will next be in action against Southampton.
