MAX ALLEGRI is the new favourite to be the new Arsenal boss after Unai Emery was given the boot.
The Spaniard’s last match saw the Gunners lose 2-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt at the Emirates Stadium in what was their seventh game in a row without a win.
Emery was given the boot after a dismal run of form with Fredrik Ljungberg promoted to interim manager for Arsenal.
The Swede could remain in that position until the end of the season – so who will be in charge come August in 2020?
He is 5/1 to take the job into next year, but is only third on the list with Max Allegri the new hot favourite – despite reports suggesting he has turned down the chance to move to the Emirates.
