Eddie Howe is hoping to be on the touchline for the Toon with the new Newcastle manager backdating his 10-day isolation to when he first got Covid symptoms.
The club say he is fine to travel to London after testing negative on Friday.
Paul Dummett is out for the visitors, but apart from that they have a clean bill of health.
As for Arsenal, Grant Xhaka hopes to step up his recovery from injury with a return to full contact training in December, but he is still set to be out for the next few weeks.
Saed Kolasinac remains out for Mikel Arteta with an ankle problem.
