Benjamin Pavard willing to make Chelsea transfer from Bayern Munich as he is named on four-man wishlist

BENJAMIN PAVARD would be willing to join Chelsea if a suitable offer is made, according to reports.

The Bayern Munich defender, 26, has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this week.

Benjamin Pavard is willing to join Chelsea

Chelsea have identified him as a top transfer target after missing out on signing Jules Kounde, who joined Barcelona on Thursday.

There is a high possibility of a deal being struck for the Frenchman – as long as the Blues submit a serious offer.

According to Bayern Munich expert Christian Falk, Pavard is keen on the idea of swapping the Allianz Arena for Stamford Bridge.

The Bundesliga giants are expected to consider bids in the region of £30m for him.

But, Chelsea are also considering four other defensive options.

The Blues are pushing to sign Wesley Fofana from Leicester City after agreeing personal terms with the Frenchman.

However, the Foxes are adamant that they will not entertain any offers under £70m.

Presnel Kimpembe is another name on the transfer shortlist, although he is eager to stay at PSG.

Inter Milan defenders Milan Skriniar and Denzel Dumfries are also being considered.

Chelsea face competition from PSG in the race to sign Skriniar, who comes with a price tag of £67.25m, so Dumfries could prove to be the better and more affordable option.
