Burnley 0 Arsenal 0: Lacazette wastes Gunners best chance as Rodriguez crashes underside of bar in Turf Moor stalemate

ARSENAL drew their fourth Premier League match in a row – but had Jay Rodriguez’s horror miss to thank.

The Burnley striker somehow managed to strike his 78th-minute effort against the underside of the bar, with the ball bouncing on the line and away.

Alexandre Lacazette had the Arsenal chances but was unable to direct his early free header on target then James Tarkowski made a fine goal-saving tackle to stop the Frenchman getting his shot away.

At the other end, Jeff Hendrick went closest for the hosts in the first half and then saw his header after the break miss the target before Rodriguez’s sitter.
