Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi ‘flouted lockdown rules’ for night out in London with teammate Fikayo Tomori

CHELSEA footballer Callum Hudson-Odoi allegedly breached strict coronavirus guidelines during a night out with teammate Fikayo Tomori in London, according to reports.

The 20-year-old winger previously “flouted” lockdown restrictions in May after sneaking a model he met online into his apartment.

Hudson-Odoi, who tested positive for Covid-19 in March, allegedly flouted the rules for the second time as he dined with friends including defender Tomori, 22, at a swanky restaurant in Mayfair, The Daily Star reports.

It is alleged that they breached coronavirus guidelines for the get-together in October – a week before England was plunged into a four-week national shutdown.

Last month, London was placed under tier two coronavirus restrictions which meant that people were not allowed to mix with other households indoors.

Hudson-Odoi filmed Tomori dancing in his seat during the night out, according to reports.

A source close to the player told the Daily Star: “The club will no doubt be furious.

“This is really not on, especially given that Callum has had coronavirus himself so he should be taking the rules more seriously.

“The rest of the country was doing their bit and meeting friends and family that they don’t live with outside. It’s infuriating they think they’re above the law.”

The pair are joined by at least one other person inside the venue, according to the clip.

The 20-year-old then zooms in on his fellow Chelsea defender, who starts dancing in his seat as loud music plays in the background, the footage shows.

The winger is then heard singing and tagged Tomori in the post, which was captioned “my guy”.

He then laughs at his team mate, who asks him for his PIN number as waiters ask him to settle the bill, the clip shows.

A Chelsea source told The Daily Star that the club had “spoken” to the players about their off-field behaviour.

When approached by SE, Chelsea FC refused to comment.
