CHELSEA star Tammy Abraham is reportedly involved in a three way tussle between Newcastle, Aston Villa and West Ham.

ESPN claim there is confidence among the Premier League sides that a deal could be done for less than the Blues’ £40 million asking price.

Newcastle are set to rival West Ham and Aston Villa for Chelsea star Tammy Abraham

The report adds that Abraham is desperate to get his career back on track having fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old has started just four games since Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard at the end of January.

And the German’s reluctance to play Abraham has led to widespread speculation over his future at Chelsea.

West Ham are in the market for a new forward this summer following Sebastien Haller’s £20m switch to Ajax in January.

While a switch to Newcastle may spell the end for Joelinton who has managed just nine goals in 76 appearances on Tyneside.

Yet a return to Villa could appeal to Abraham after scored 26 goals in 40 games for Dean Smith’s side during his loan spell in thei Championship.

The Claret and Blue outfit then failed to sign the England star permanently when they were promoted back to the Premier League.

The former Swansea City loanee would also provide striker Ollie Watkins with some much-needed competition for places within the Villa squad.

The Midlands club have been going through a dreadful run of form since talisman Jack Grealish suffered a shinbone injury.

Speculation has mounted over Abraham’s future with Tuchel preferring the likes of Timo Werner, Olivier Giroud and even Kai Havertz in attack.

That is despite the fact that the England international was Chelsea’s top scorer in the league when the club sacked Frank Lampard in January.
