Chelsea target confronted with furious banner at training after Blues transfer falls through at last minute

Leeds United player Tyler Adams, who was targeted by Chelsea for a transfer, received a hostile reception when he arrived at training. The proposed move to Chelsea fell through due to fitness concerns and the club's interest in other players.

Angry sign outside training ground

As Leeds United deals with multiple players wanting to leave after their relegation to the Championship, fans have made their feelings clear. A sign was placed on a lamp post near the training ground, with the message "Side before self, every time." The sign specifically named several players, including Tyler Adams, accusing them of "Greed no fight." Adams received even harsher treatment, with an additional line stating, "Scum don't want you. We don't want you."

Leeds' difficult start to the season

Leeds United has had a challenging start in the Championship. They drew their first game against Cardiff 2-2 and then lost to Birmingham 1-0 in the second game. However, they did manage to secure a victory against Shrewsbury in the Carabao Cup first round. Their upcoming match is against West Brom on Saturday.
