MANCHESTER UNITED superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed his new Nike football boots.
Ronaldo has confirmed that he will be wearing the Nike Mercurial Superfly VIII Elite Dream Speed 5 soccer cleats for the rest of the 2021-2022 season.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner will continue to don those boots this term after finally ending his six-game goalless streak against Brighton on Tuesday at Old Trafford.
That was the Portugal captain’s worst barren record since 2009, when he played for Real Madrid.
The 37-year-old is the face of the Nike Mercurial Boot line, which was established in 1998.
The former Juventus star has worn that brand ever since his league debut for Sporting Lisbon in 2002.
That means Nike has been following the Portuguese hero since the day legendary United manager Sir Alex Ferguson scouted him.
And of course Ronaldo brought that brand with him upon his return to the Red Devils last summer.

The Real legend has already registered a total of 15 goals and three assists in 28 matches across all competitions this season.
That is still an impressive record despite the fact he only just hit the back of the net this year.
It’s also important to keep in mind the fact that Ronaldo is at an advanced age in his career.
