AARON RAMSDALE’s reaction to Bukayo Saka’s winning penalty in Arsenal’s 3-2 win over Liverpool last weekend is doing the rounds on social media and it has made fans love him even more.
Like most Gunners fans inside the Emirates last Sunday, Ramsdale could hardly watch as Saka stepped up to take the game-changing spot-kick with 15 minutes left.

But the 21-year-old tucked the ball into the bottom left corner, restoring Arsenal‘s lead and firing his team back to the top of the Premier League.
Ramsdale was crouched down as Saka fired home and roared as pandemonium erupted inside the ground.
And his reaction has Arsenal fans saying the same thing: He was just as scared as they were.
A fan said on Twitter: “Ramsdale is me in front of the tv.”
Another said: “I couldn’t watch it either, muted the tv and turned away.”
While others suggest it was Ramsdale’s confidence in Saka that lead to him turning away.
One said: “What you can see from this video- all Arsenal players believed in Saka soo much that they even didn’t move to follow up in case us saved. Love this team.”
Saka has clearly brushed up on his penalty-taking after missing the decider in last summer’s Euro 2020 final against Italy.

He has taken three for Arsenal since and scored all of them.
They weren’t against any ordinary Prem goalkeepers either… they came against Chelsea’s Edouard Mendy, Manchester United’s David de Gea and now Liverpool’s Alisson.
Arsenal went on to win all three of those games too.
