Fans all say same thing as West Ham fan is taken out by a POLICE HORSE at thrilling Crystal Palace clash

FANS are all saying the same thing after a West Ham supporter was taken out by a police horse outside Selhurst Park.

The incident occurred after the Hammers were beaten in a 4-3 thriller by Crystal Palace yesterday.

A West Ham fan was knocked over by a police horse

Fans joked the one supporter had given a penalty

As fans left the ground, a member of the West Ham faithful was tripped up by a police horse and fell to the floor.

Social media saw the funny side of the collision with many joking that the supporter dived.

One said: “I think he went down way too easily and looked like he was simulating and looking for it, yellow for the fan.”

Another responded: “Waited for the contact. Went down as soon as he felt it.”

More reacted: “Straight red and last man from the horse, clearly see it had no intention of playing ball.”

One eagle-eyed supporter even noticed another West Ham fan pointing to the guy on the ground and joked that the referee had given a penalty.

During the match, there was controversy on the pitch when Palace were awarded a soft penalty after Nayef Aguerd made contact with Eberechi Eze in the box.

It led to one Hammer claiming that the attacking midfielder made a bigger meal of his fall than the supporter.

The penalty ended up being the difference between the two sides as Roy Hodgson‘s men moved up to eleventh with forty points.

As for West Ham, they sit just five points above the relegation zone with matches versus Manchester City and Manchester United up next.
