He had been scrambled to the Barnsley crash shortly after 5am last Saturday – after the Renault Clio span out of control and hit a wall.

Teenage mum Jordan died at the scene, with her uncle one of the first to come to her aid.

Jordans gran, Lesley Hallworth, 57, said: He didnt recognise Jordan at the time and it took a good few minutes before he realised who it was.

He immediately rang his brother Scott and they rushed to the scene. He was in major shock.

We got the call and it just floored us. We had Riley [Jordan’s son] with us and it is very very hard to deal with.

He has no idea what has happened thank god. He is an angel and absolute dream to look after.

Thats credit to Jordan who was a brilliant mum.

Jordan lived with her son in a Barnsley flat, having settled there after spending her early life in Cyprus, Germany and Edinburgh.

‘IT FLOORED US’

She had just been a bridesmaid at her mum Kats wedding to step-dad Scott last month.

Kat, 39, paid tribute to her daughter, saying she was absolutely hilarious.

She said: She was very, very open and had no filter. Jordan was stunning and she loved her little boy.

Scott, also 39, was close to Jordan and he fondly described her as an absolute nutter, adding:She really did love life and she really lived it.

Lesley has set up a fundraising page for Jordans son, saying the response has been absolutely overwhelming.

Jordan leaves behind three siblings – Katie, 16, Liam, 11 and Maddison, five.

Her dad, Ryan Zuppinger, used to work in the Army and now lives in Kent.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “The passenger of the Clio, an 18-year-old woman, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Her family are being supported by specially trained officers.

The Clio was believed to have been travelling behind a white Citroen C1.”

They urged witnesses to come forward to help with the investigation.
