EX-CHELSEA youngster Liam Bridcutt has been left unemployed despite being dubbed “good enough for Real Madrid” by a former manager.
The 34-year-old was highly-rated at the Blues and captained the reserve team.

He was promoted into the first-team fold at the age of 18, but he never went on to make a senior appearance for the club.
After multiple loan spells, Bridcutt moved to Brighton on a permanent deal.
He played a key role at the Seagulls while they were in the Championship, winning the player of the season award twice.
Former Chelsea player Gus Poyet was his manager at the time and said: “If I was coach of Real I would take him because he deserves to go to the highest level.
“As a holding midfielder, there is no better player in the division. So he is quite expensive.”
Bridcutt would follow Poyet to Sunderland in 2014 and even earned two caps for Scotland.
His career continued with Leeds, Nottingham Forest, Bolton and Lincoln, spending three years with the League One outfit.
But Bridcutt is now unemployed after being released following Blackpool’s relegation from the Championship.
The defensive midfielder played just four times for the Tangerines as they finished the season 23rd in the table.
Bridcutt was also not named in a matchday squad after October 22.
He is now hoping to find a new team this summer as a free agent.
