How Arsenal could line up with mouth-watering attack next summer after transfers for Robert Lewandowski and Noa Lang

ARSENAL could potentially have a mouth-watering new attack next season after two new exciting transfer links emerged this week.

Boss Mikel Arteta lost Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from his attack in January after his £350,000-a-week contract was ripped up.

Arsenal have been linked with a swoop for Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski

The Gunners are also chasing £33m-rated Club Brugge winger Noa Lang

Arsenal may have an exciting new attack next season

He is also facing the prospect of losing both Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette, who Arteta still hopes to persuade to stay, with the pair’s deals expiring in June.

That will leave him short on the attacking front and looking for new additions.

One of those could potentially be Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski.

The 33-year-old Polish striker has less than 18 months left on his contract in Germany.

He could leave for nothing in June 2023 or, if the Bundesliga giants decide to cash in, possibly go this summer.

That has led to a number of clubs beginning to circle – and now Arsenal have apparently joined the chase.

The Gunners will likely need to secure Champions League qualification for that possible move to transpire.

But the ex-Dortmund forward is not the only star the North London side are allegedly making a move for.

They could sign Club Brugge winger Noa Lang for £33million after scouting the attacker for months.

Multiple sources in Belgium and Lang’s native Netherlands have claimed Arsenal are ready to submit a bid this summer.

The 22-year-old has scored eight times and registered a further 12 assists in 37 appearances this season.

After graduating from Ajax’s famous academy, Lang moved to Club Brugge initially on loan before a move was made permanent in the summer of 2021.

Since arriving in the Belgian capital, Lang has won the league title and the league’s young player of the year award building on his league and cup double won at Ajax.

And that could mean that he and Lewandowski will form a potential new-look Arsenal dream attack next term with Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka – if the latter is still there amid Liverpool’s interest.

And Martin Odegaard will likely still be the man expected to provide the ammunition in front of Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey.
