CHELSEA make the trip north to Hull on Saturday, January 25.

The evening FA Cup offering, kick-off is at 5.30pm.

When the Blues last visited this ground in 2016, they ran out 2-0 winners thanks to strikes from Willian and Diego Costa.

Infact Hull haven’t beaten Chelsea in any of the North London sides seven visits, losing six of them.

What is the team news?

Chelsea are without top scorer Tammy Abraham and American winger Christian Pulisic.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Marco Van Ginkel are also still sidelined, while Reece James is expected to sit this cup match out.

Meanwhile, Hull City are missing Callum Elder, Jon Toral and Kevin Stewart to long-term injuries.

Matthew Pennington, Jordy de Wijs and Angus MacDonald are all doubts, while Stephen Kingsley could make his return.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard: “We respect the FA Cup. I do, the players do and this club has been fortunate enough to win it a fair few times in the modern era so we want to win it again.

“People will argue whether top four is more important than the FA Cup but I don’t think we need to get into that one.

“We’re professionals so we want to win the game and get through to the next round.”

Hull boss Grant McCann: This is a great game for us but Huddersfield and Brentford is more important for me, it really is.
