Jadon Sancho ready to quit Dortmund as Liverpool join Man Utd and Chelsea in transfer race for 100m England star

JADON SANCHO is ready to quit Borussia Dortmund as Liverpool have become the latest club to join Manchester United and Chelsea in the coveted race to land the 100million England star, according to reports.

The 19-year-old has established himself as one of the brightest talents in world football since quitting Manchester City for the Bundesliga in 2017.

Jadon Sancho is unsettled in Germany and is ready to leave Borussia Dortmund next summer

But after another blistering start to the season, the winger has been suffering a nightmare month at Dortmund that started with him being axed from the squad for returning late from England duty.

Sancho has also failed to score in the last eight games with coach Lucian Favre hooking him after just 36 minutes of the 4-0 defeat to rivals Bayern Munich.

According to the Daily Mail, these developments are understood to have left the Three Lions star unsettled and weighing up his future.

Dortmund are also thought to have begun their search for a replacement after club chief Michael Zorc revealed in September that the club are resigned to losing Sancho.

He said: “No decision has been made.

“But you don’t have to be a prophet to know he won’t play here for another five years.

“He has taken this positive development [at Dortmund]. I doubt that would have been possible with top English clubs.

“We trust players very early, and we are not afraid to let them play. He acknowledges that.”

Real Madrid are also understood to have revived their interest in Sancho, three years after they missed out on his signature when he left the Etihad.

But England boss Gareth Southgate revealed that the starlet asked for talks with him following his recent run of poor form.

He said: Any young player is going to have ups and downs.

Hes played a lot of football physically hes a little bit fatigued.

His club have kept playing him because he is a highly important player for them.

Southgate confirmed he knew why Sancho turned up late after the last international break but would not give any details. He added: I know everything yes!
