Mac Allister’s Brother and Team-Mates Celebrate Drawing Liverpool in Europa League

A Family Reunion

Alexis Mac Allister's brother was ecstatic after learning that his Belgian team, Union Saint-Gilloise, would be facing Liverpool in the Europa League. The Premier League giants were drawn into Group F, along with Union SG, Toulouse, and LASK.

A Joyous Flight

The Union SG team learned of their group while on an airplane, and their wild celebration was captured by the social media team. They erupted into cheers of joy upon discovering that they would be facing the Kop club.

A Cheshire Cat Grin

Kevin, Alexis' brother, couldn't contain his excitement when he realized he would be playing against his younger sibling. With a big smile on his face, he sent a message to Alexis, saying, "See you soon, bro."

Tweeting the Anticipation

Kevin took to Twitter to express his enthusiasm for the upcoming matches. He mentioned the experience of facing each other in one of the most beautiful soccer venues and how it would be a special moment that they would remember forever. Alexis Mac Allister joined Liverpool from Brighton in a record-breaking £55m deal.

A Rocky Start

Alexis' career on Merseyside began with a red card in Liverpool's first home game of the season against Bournemouth. However, the dismissal was later overturned upon appeal. Since then, he has made three appearances for the club.

Alexis and his Liverpool teammates will be facing Aston Villa at Anfield on Sunday.
