Man Utd ‘considering swap transfer involving Paul Pogba and Paulo Dybala’ after being given second chance on Argentine

MANCHESTER UNITED could be tempted to offer Paul Pogba to Juventus in a straight swap deal for Paulo Dybala, according to reports.

Both players remain in contract stalemates with their current clubs.

Juventus are still keen on signing Paul Pogba

Pogba’s deal at the Red Devils expires next summer although the club have the option to extend it for another year while Dybala also has two years left on his contract at the Old Lady.

With their futures up in the air, Tuttosport write how it could be convenient for both clubs to work on a high-profile swap transfer.

New Juve boss Andrea Pirlo is known to be a huge admirer of the French World Cup winner and has told club chiefs he wants to lure him back to Turin.

The two also played alongside each other for three years before Pirlo ended his career in the MLS.

It is suggested Pogba would be eager to team up with Pirlo once more which would throw another spanner in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans to convince him his future belongs in Manchester.

It was only 12 months ago when the 27-year-old was desperately engineering a move away from Old Trafford following Juve’s interest.

Meanwhile United are huge admirers of Dybala having tried to sign him last summer.

Any deal failed to materialise but speculation is mounting United could be offered a second chance if they bid upmost of £90million.

United were initially keen but were put off by his huge wage demands and reluctance to leave the Old Lady.

They could face competition from the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester City who have also shown an interest.
