Man Utd fans praise Jadon Sancho and say ‘that’s my boy.. love the fire’ after brutal response to Aston Villa star

MANCHESTER UNITED fans heaped praise on Jadon Sancho after his brutal response to an Aston Villa star.

The Red Devils winger, 23, scored in the 2-2 draw at Tottenham last Thursday and took to social media afterwards.

Jadon Sancho could not resist a cheeky dig on social media

He wrote: “Disappointed not to come away with the win last night! Onto Sunday to make things right!”

United hosted Villa at Old Trafford in that next game knowing three points could prove crucial in their march towards Champions League qualification.

But Aston Villa ace Leon Bailey replied in the comments on Sancho’s post: “Let’s see about making things right,” followed by eyes and laughing emojis.

Bailey sat out of the Premier League clash with a hamstring injury and therefore could do nothing to prevent his side going down to a 1-0 defeat.

Bruno Fernandes got the only goal six minutes before half-time to secure all three points and, in the words of Sancho, “make things right”.

And the England man cheekily waited before replying to Bailey’s message with a very simple reply.

Sancho simply came back with the eyes emoji in a brilliant, witty and good-natured quip.

And United supporters on social media could not get enough of Sancho’s banter.

One said: “That’s my boy! Love the fire.”

Another wrote: “Sancho been sitting on this reply for 3 days.

A third added: “Love how petty it is for him to come back and reply after we’ve won.”

A fourth commented: “If he’s come back to social media to be a complete s***house, I’m down with that.”

And a final user typed: “Good bit of banter never hurt anyone…”

Sancho has scored five and assisted two Premier League goals in 20 games this season.

By comparison, Bailey has four goals and three assists – but in nine more matches.

Leon Bailey commented on the post but was left red-faced
