Man Utd given Dortmund deadline date for £115m Jadon Sancho as player refuses to rule out Old Trafford switch

BORUSSIA DORTMUND have told Manchester United to put up or shut up as they continue to pursue winger Jadon Sancho.

Meanwhile, the England attacker has refused to rule out a move to Old Trafford.

Jadon Sancho has refused to rule out a move to Manchester United – but the club must pay £115m by August 10 for him

Sancho told World Soccer magazine: “I don’t know what to say to that.

“It’s hard to say. That’s the future.

“You never know what could happen, so we will wait and see.”

The Germans have demanded £115million in three weeks – or will not sell him.

The Bundesliga club want to crack on with their preparations for next season.

They have told United the deal must be done by August 10 or the player will stay with them for a fourth season.

Sancho, 20, moved to Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017.

The winger is also wanted by Chelsea and Liverpool.

Dortmund will accept no less than £115m for the player.

He cost them £7m three years ago.

But United chiefs will only go to £50m.

They have been so impressed with the form of Mason Greenwood in that position on the right of front three that they will no longer break the bank to get Sancho.

And United legend Gary Neville says even if the club do sign a right winger, Greenwood would not be benched.

He told the Webby and O’Neill podcast: “For me, the idea that we get a right winger in doesn’t mean we’re going to see Mason Greenwood sat in the stands.”

Greenwood, 18, signed a new £40,000-a-week deal this week.
