And the Red Devils could be the first club to make him an offer if he parts ways with Bayern, according to German outlet Bild.
It is possible the Poland international could even be available in the summer if Bayern decide to cash in before his contract expires.
United could be in urgent need of a striker by then with Ronaldo’s future uncertain.
The Portuguese missed the Manchester derby, sparking speculation he could leave as he is unhappy with the current state of affairs at the club.
