Man Utd star Bruno Fernandes showing up likes of De Bruyne and Salah with most goals and assists since joining

BRUNO FERNANDES has been the most lethal attacking force in the Premier League since his February debut.

Manchester United’s new Portuguese star has even put established playmakers Kevin De Bruyne and Mo Salah to shame with his stats.

Bruno Fernandes has recorded the most goals and assists in the entire Premier League since his February debut

The midfield ace has bagged an impressive six goals and four assists in the 13 games in all competitions since his debut in the 0-0 draw with Wolves at Old Trafford on February 1.

Having bagged twice during United’s 3-0 thrashing of Brighton at the AMEX last night, the Portuguese continued the scintillating form that has seen him become an immediate fan favourite.

De Bruyne has managed just five goals and three assists since February 1 while Salah’s stats make for even worse reading with five goals and only one assist.

As well as his two goals on the south coast yesterday Fernandes has also bagged against Tottenham, Everton and Watford in the Premier League and Club Brugge in the Europa League.

The 25-year-old joined from Sporting Lisbon in January in a £55m deal.

And he was spotted chugging milk after being subbed off by Ole Gunner Solskjaer against the Seagulls last night during United’s 3-0 win.

Fernandes has quickly struck up a partnership with fellow midfielder Paul Pogba who he revealed played estate agent when he joined.

Pogba’s United future is still up in the air but SunSport columnist Alan Shearer has branded their partnership “dangerous”.
