Interest from top clubs
Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing 16-year-old sensation Dino Klapija from Croatian side NK Kustosija.
Rising star
Klapija, a centre-forward, has been making waves both domestically and internationally. He has already represented Croatia's youth side and was recently called up to play for the USA's U17 team, as he was born in America.
Competition for signature
The Mail reports that Klapija's talent has caught the attention of several top European clubs, including AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, and Chelsea. However, the race for his signature now appears to be between Manchester United and RB Leipzig, as the other clubs have dropped out of contention.
Financial aspect
Both Manchester United and RB Leipzig are willing to pay a substantial £5million fee to secure the young talent's services.
The right environment
While the financial offers are attractive, Klapija's family wants to ensure that he joins a club that will provide a suitable environment for his development, both on and off the pitch. They want him to settle comfortably and continue his education.
Other targets
In addition to Klapija, Manchester United is also reportedly interested in Leeds winger Finley Gorman. The club seems to be actively scouting for promising young talents to strengthen their ranks.
