His sliding tackle on Emerson resulted in a penalty for West Ham, allowing Lucas Paqueta to secure a victory in injury time.

Taking to social media after the match, Caicedo shared his thoughts on the disappointing start, expressing his gratitude for the opportunity to play for such a prestigious club.
