STARS at Premier League clubs could be asked to turn up for training already in their KIT to avoid changing rooms.
And players may then get Covid-19 tests in their cars as soon as they arrive.
The ideas were discussed at yesterday’s club video conference.
Club chiefs want players to spend as little time as possible at training complexes.
But when training does resume, probably next month, English clubs are likely to follow Germany.
There, teams in the top two divisions have trained in groups of five over the last two weeks.
It means five separate sessions for squads of 25.
Top-flight players are expected to be tested heavily before restarting the season.
Surprisingly, not all German players have been tested.
But in England, this will be ramped up each day.
SunSport also reported that Premier League clubs are in talks to play as late as AUGUST as they look to finish the 2019-20 season and avoid missing out on £1billion.
No Premier League games have been played since Leicester’s win at Aston Villa on March 9, with 92 matches outstanding.
It had been expected some clubs would take the opportunity to suggest a June 30 deadline be set to bring more “certainty”.
But SunSport understands that during the meeting, which lasted just under two hours, that was in fact NOT raised at all – and the season could run well into late summer.
