THIAGO SILVA paid tribute to his wife Belle after scoring in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Tottenham.
It is the third goal scored by the Brazilian this season with his only other Premier League strike also coming against Spurs.
And as he did at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Thiago Silva kissed his ring finger and pointed towards wife Belle’s direction – he also made a heart shape with his hands.
His wife took notice and shared her appreciation for the gesture on social media.
She said: “17 years later and I’m still the one in his thoughts when he scores a goal. Love you.”
Writing in response to a photo Belle posted of him, Thiago Silva wrote: “Love you.”
Belle has previously endeared herself to the Chelsea support with a video she took during a match against Leicester last season.
She said with a big smile on her face: “We hate Tottenham! Chelsea!”

The Brazilian pair have found a home at Stamford Bridge after spending seven years in Paris and they have now been together for 17 years.
Thiago Silva has already signed on for next season and is one of Thomas Tuchel’s most important players.
But the match against Tottenham could have ended very differently for the Chelsea centre-back.
He was slightly fortunate to have been given a free kick for a slight nudge in his back from Harry Kane, who took advantage of Thiago Silva’s poor defending.
The Blues star also could have been sent off for a series of fouls on Steven Bergwijn – Thiago Silva struggled to deal with his direct style throughout.
