DELE ALLI could hand Jose Mourinho a huge blow ahead of Monday’s clash with Everton as he struggles with a hamstring injury.
Mourinho is desperate for the points after watching his side crash to a 3-1 defeat against Sheffield United on Thursday.
But his task will be made all the more difficult if the England international fails a late fitness test.

Mourinho confirmed that the playmaker pulled up in training with a slight issue with his hamstring.
The Spurs boss said: “Something today in training with Dele Alli.
“I don’t think it’s big. I don’t really know what it is.
“The bad thing about a press conference 48 hours before the game is there’s still a session tomorrow so you will not know what I know, if he is available or not.
“Apart from that, nothing. Japhet Tanganga we believe training with the team next week. And no [other] problems.”
Mourinho did add that he remains hopeful Alli will feature against the Toffees.
The Portuguese said: “It’s his (Alli) hamstring. Which is something which he had problems with in the past, in previous seasons, even the beginning of this season, and it’s always something that makes the medical department think.
“We all think it’s nothing important and if you ask me in this moment I would say he’d be available. But I don’t know.”
Tottenham know they must win if they are to keep up with the rest of the pack in the race for a Europa League spot.
They sit in ninth, a point behind Arsenal and seven behind Wolves with the two clubs playing each other on Saturday evening.
Mourinho’s record at Spurs was laid bare in the defeat against Sheffield United having already lost more league games as Tottenham manager than he did in his first two seasons with Chelsea.
It was his seventh defeat in the 20 games he has taken charge of.
Yet during the 76 matches over two full seasons from 2004-06 when he was first appointed boss at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho’s team was only beaten six times.
