Jason Tindall, born on November 15, 1977, is an English professional football manager and former player. He is currently the assistant manager at Newcastle United, garnering much attention in the football world.

The Early Career of Jason Tindall

Tindall showed early promise in his youth career, playing for Senrab FC, Arsenal, and Charlton Athletic. As a defender, he spent most of his senior career at ACF Bournemouth, playing almost 200 games for the club. He also had a spell at Weymouth before retiring as a player in 2011.

Jason Tindall's Managerial Career

After retiring as a player, Tindall pursued a managerial career. He started as the Player-manager of Weymouth in 2007 but was sacked the following year. He then joined Bournemouth as an assistant manager under Jimmy Quinn, and later worked alongside Eddie Howe as his assistant. In 2020, Tindall took over as manager of Bournemouth on a temporary basis before being appointed as the permanent manager. However, he was sacked in 2021 after the club's performances fell below expectations.

Tindall and Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe first crossed paths in 1998 when they were teammates at Bournemouth. Although they have different personalities, their collaboration in the dugout has proven to be powerful.
