Ivana has since gained an Instagram following of more than 3.5m.
And she sent her fans crazy once again with a late Christmas present.
Ivana treated her followers on Boxing Day to a poolside snap in a slinky low back turquoise dress that she was nearly bursting out of along with diamante stilettos.
