SPECTATORS reeled in horror as a wheel flew off a car into the drowd at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Fans were shocked to see the accident, involving an old Jaguar.
Viewers were stunned to see the worrying incident unfold as they watched
There were initial suggestions two people were hit, although not seriously hurt. But the situation is unclear.
A statement from Goodwood said: “An incident has occurred on the hillclimb.
“Thanks for your patience as we assess the situation and prioritise the wellbeing of the people involved. We’ll provide further updates as soon as we can.”
A wheel appeared to speed off the spinning Jaguar, knocking into bales and then rolling towards the crowd.
