Isabel Hernaez, 28, is Sainz’s long-time girlfriend, having been with the F1 star since at least 2017.
Both Sainz and Hernaez are very private about their relationship, having not posted pictures of each other on their respective Instagram accounts.
Hernaez has a degree in bilingual journalism and currently works as a press officer for Scalpers Company and Victoria Collection.
Hernaez has over 180,000 followers on Instagram, amassing millions of likes on the social media platform.
Sainz and Hernaez are not married and they do not have any children together.
Earlier this summer, the pair enjoyed a relaxing holiday together on the island of Mallorca.
Sainz whipped his top off as he basked in the sunshine in a pair of cream shorts.
Meanwhile, Isabel soaked up some rays on a boat wearing just a dusky pink bikini.
