Tiger Woods denies having tenancy agreement with ex Erica Herman as he hits back in $30m legal battle

TIGER WOODS has denied having a tenancy agreement with his ex-girlfriend as he hits back in their bitter $30million legal spat.

Erica Herman is understood to be suing her former boyfriend after claiming he “tricked” and kicked her out of the Florida mansion they lived in.

Tiger Woods denies having a tenancy agreement with Erica Herman

The couple broke up in October 2022

Herman is suing Woods for £25m after their split

The mansion is worth a whopping £41m

She claims she was told to pack for a holiday but when she got to the airport was informed she had been locked out of the £41m property in Hobe Sound.

Herman, 39, is also suing the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which Woods controls, by saying he breached a verbal agreement to let her live there rent-free with his two children.

She insists there was still five years left of the housing arrangement when he ended the relationship in October 2022 and is demanding £25million to settle the feud.

But now Woods’ lawyers state there was NO deal in place allowing Herman to share the golfer’s home with him – and instead she was an “invited guest”.

The lawyers said in a court filing: “Mr Woods never negotiated an oral tenancy agreement with Ms Herman.

“Nor was there ever a written tenancy agreement between Mr Woods or the Trust.

“[Mr Woods] informed Ms Herman that she was no longer welcome in the residence.

“Mr Woods arranged for Ms Herman to stay at a local luxury resort and provided funds she could apply toward a new residence.”

Herman filed a lawsuit against the golfing icon in an attempt to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she alleges Woods, 47, made her sign at the start of their five-year relationship.

Herman claims the NDA should be voided when there is evidence of assault or harassment.

TMZ reported a private trust run by the golfer is trying to “aggressively enforce” the NDA following the end of their relationship.

The pair were last seen in public together at the US Open tennis in August 2022, two months before their break-up.

Herman, though, was alongside Woods at the 2019 Masters, the sight of arguably the greatest of his 15 major golf victories, as well as his historic 80th PGA Tour win at East Lake, Georgia the previous year.

The pair were first pictured cosying up on the course at the Presidents Cup.

Erica – who managed his pop-up restaurant titled The Woods – was wearing a “player spouse” badge usually reserved for wives and girlfriends.

And they went officially public a month later in November 2017.

She was once harshly branded a “gold digger” who “chased Tiger like a puppy” but was later credited with saving the golf legend’s life.

They remained together following Woods’ horrific car crash that broke his leg and threatened to end his ability to walk, let alone return to the golf course.

WOODS’ WOMEN

Woods married Elin Nordegren in 2004 but they divorced in 2010 following his infidelity.

He has had many lovers since, including pornstars and nightclub hostesses.

In August 2017, the former world No1 announced he was splitting up with girlfriend Kristin Smith.

The Dallas-based personal stylist had thought the golfer was cheating on her and had broken down crying after his DUI arrest in the spring, reported Radar Online.

Since then he has been linked to fitness model Laci Kay Somers following reports in the US that the pair had partied together.

Woods also dated Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn.

How To

How can I improve my putting skills?

There are many things that you can do to improve your putting skills. Get good instruction from someone who understands what you’re doing. Our article will help you find the right golf instructor for you if you don’t already know one. Once you’ve found someone you like, ask them if they offer private lessons. To avoid conflicts between lessons, you’ll need to review their schedule.

Look for a pro shop that rents clubs. These shops include: Golf Galaxy and TaylorMade. Titleist, Callaway, Callaway, Callaway, Cobra, Wilson, Ping GOLF. FootJoy, Scotty Cameron.

Next, you need to start practicing after receiving instruction. You can do this in two ways. You could first buy a set and start hitting the balls into holes with them. This is great because you can use different types of putters (long irons, mid irons, wedges) depending on which type of shots you feel most comfortable with. If you don’t spend enough money on equipment, it won’t take you long to get really good at putting.

Playing mini games online is another way to practice. Some websites allow you to compete against other players worldwide, while others let you practice your skills. Putt-Putt is a game where you need to hit a ball in a hole. TopGolf and StrokePlay are just a few of the other sites.

Once you have enough practice, you can move on the next step of improving your putting. The next step would be to improve your technique. To do this, focus on three areas in your putting stroke: alignment, grip, and stance.

Stance is how far back you are when you face the ball. One common mistake made by beginners is to stand too close. To avoid glancing at the ball, keep your body far away until you move forward. Your feet should be shoulder width apart and slightly bent.

Your hands should remain open and relaxed. You should not hold on to anything or clench your fists. Instead, place your hands over your shoulders.

Your arms must be straight and not locked down. They should stay loose throughout the entire putting stroke.

Alignment refers simply to the angle at which your hips rotate while you swing through the shot. People tend to rotate their hips too often, which makes it difficult for them to align correctly. Your knees will slightly bend when you aim for the shot. As you swing through this shot, your hips turn toward the target.

Grip refers the position of your fingers on a clubface. Many people have problems gripping the clubs correctly. When you address the putt, your index finger should rest on the bottom edge of the face, while your middle finger rests on the top edge. Your ring should be placed on one side of the shaft. Your pinky finger should not be over the handle.

A new putter might be something you should consider. While it’s true that all putters aren’t created equal, if you’re having problems with your current putter, you might find that a new model helps improve your game.
