How To

Five easy steps to improve your swing golf

Golf is the most well-known sport in the world. You need to put in a lot of practice before you can become a great golfer. It is important to practice regularly in order for you to improve your golf game. You should spend at least 2 hours per week playing golf. It’s not easy to find the time to play golf. You may be experiencing this problem and you can improve your game with these five simple exercises.

  1. Start at the top – Stand straight, straighten your back, and hold the club straight. Next, bend your knees slightly so that you can swing the club. Focus on the target and keep your head still. This will help you position yourself before you hit the ball.
  2. Maintain your balance – You need to stand straight, keep your feet apart, and make sure your weight is evenly distributed. When you hit the ball, your weight should shift forward towards the front leg.
  3. Bend your knees – To help you bend your knees, place your hands on your hips. Next, inhale deeply and bend your knees. This will allow the lower body to follow your swing when you swing the club.
  4. Relax your shoulders – Try to relax your shoulders so that they do not interfere with your swing. Let them free-range as you swing your club. This will enable you to generate power and speed without having to use excessive force.
  5. Focus on the target. Rather than looking at the ball, focus on your target. Focus on the target and look straight ahead. Don’t look down at your ball. You will not be able see where you are going wrong.
