Gowran Races: Big gamble taking place in Ireland as Ronan McNally’s Cash D’alex punted from 14-1 into 11-4 favourite

A MAJOR gamble is emerging in Ireland with the controversial trainer Ronan McNally at the centre of things again.

His Cash D’alex has been punted off the boards at Gowran, shortening into 11-4 from 14-1.

It comes just weeks after his Dreal Deal won in similar circumstances at Navan.

That horse began as a 20-1 chance but won as he like at 6-4 and punters think this may be the next horse to follow suit.

Both horses are owned by McNally too and Cash D’Alex runs in the 3.10 Watch Irish Racing On Racing TV Handicap Hurdle.

Zinat is still favourite in some books, but you can bet your bottom dollar there’s been a few euros for the McNally horse somewhere in Ireland.

You can watch the race off shortly on Racing TV or online when you place a bet.
