Grand National result – supercomputer predicts shock 25-1 winner and how EVERY horse will finish

, Grand National result – supercomputer predicts shock 25-1 winner and how EVERY horse will finish

A SHOCK 25-1 outsider will win the Grand National and all the big three favourites will struggle.

That is according to a supercomputer that has crunched the numbers and predicted how every horse will finish in Saturday’s big race.

And it is genius Irish trainer Willie Mullins and ‘maddest f***er on the planet’ Rich Ricci who are set to celebrate thanks to Burrows Saint.

A former Irish National winner in 2019, the nine-year-old finished fourth in this race at Aintree last season.

This year he is 1lb lower in the weights and has raced just three times all season, with the £1million contest on Merseyside clearly his big target.

Victory would net super rich banker Ricci a cool £500,000 and bring him one of the few trophies to elude him in his top career as an owner.

Second place is set to go to last year’s favourite Cloth Cap.

A horse belonging to the family of late Preston owner and billionaire businessman Trevor Hemmings, Cloth Cap was pulled up 12 months ago.

And though he hasn’t shown much this year, the computer predicts a huge return to form when it matters most at odds of 25-1.

Fiddlerontheroof (16-1) is predicted to finish third, Any Second Now (9-1) fourth and huge 80-1 outsider Easysland fifth.

There is bad news for Rachael Blackmore on last year’s winner Minella Times, as she is forecast to finish all the way down in 13th.

And big pre-race favourite Snow Leopardess, who is bidding to become the first mum ever to win the race, is set to disappoint in tenth.

The predictions come from IrishRacing.com’s supercomputer, which has projected a potential outcome by analysing every horse’s odds, official rating, recent form, course form, distance form, jockey form, trainer form and going form.

An IrishRacing.com spokesperson said: “There’s no place in the top three for any of the three favourites for the 2022 Grand National according to our latest supercomputer.

“The predictions will be good news for Willie Mullins and jockey Paul Townend, who are predicted to take top prize.

“But there is no room at the top table for Rachael Blackmore with Minella Times handed a 13th place prediction.”
