HOLLIE DOYLE banged in a memorable 899-1 five-timer at Windsor on Saturday.

Extra Elusive was the highlight of an incredible afternoon for the young jockey.

Doyle has started her new partnership with Imad Al Sagar with a bang

Roger Charlton’s improving five-year-old was on the end of a Doyle peach as she caught some big names sleeping to win the Group 3 Winter Hill Stakes.

Doyle’s hot-streak started in the 1.05 when well-backed Indian Creek eased home.

Sur Mer won the next before Le Don De Vie caught the eye to book a possile Melbourne Cup ticket for trainer Hughie Morrison.

Mistress Nellie completed the show in the 4.25 with arguably Doyle’s best ride as she once again found the golden ticket on the rail.

Doyle smiled: “I’m just really blessed to get the leg up on these horses at the moment.

“I’m jammy aren’t I! Things have started well with the new owners and I’m very lucky.

“When I woke up this morning I thought it could go one way or the other. I could have a good day or a really bad day!

“The last few years have been awesome, but you’ve got to keep on improving and pushing more and more.

Doyle is now on 57 winners for the season and sits in fifth place in the championship

“I like riding under pressure, I feel with the better rides I got I like it more. I love riding horses, you’ve got to to do this job.”

“Extra Elusive is a lovely horse, he just takes me along really.

“That wouldn’t have been his ground today so it was good. He’ll stay a mile-and-a-half too.”
