MORE than 100 eco-activists plotting to storm the Grand National and glue themselves to the course have been foiled.
Vegan nuts from Animal Rebellion – an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion – plan to cut down security fences and use ladders to raid Aintree.

Once in, they conspire to glue themselves together in a human barricade and sit across the course to spark chaos at the world’s most famous steeplechase.
But their audacious Suffragette-esque plan has been exposed by an undercover reporter and handed to Merseyside Police.
In one clip revealed by the Mail on Sunday, smug ringleader Rose Patterson, 33, can be heard yapping: “We’ve got £300 million of bets on the horse race and we’re just going to ruin it.”
Her militant cronies cackle as they relish in the disruption they hope to cause in front of 600 million racing fans.
In other shocking footage, daft protester Jim Edwards, a former business journalist, lets spill how saboteurs had booked houses to get their heads down the night before their planned assault.
A fleet of minibuses is also being hired to ferry the eco thugs and equipment to the racecourse on April 15.
The group – spawned in 2019 – think horse racing surmounts to “animal abuse” and wants an end to it.
It hopes the Aintree invasion will “kick-start” protests at King’s favourite Royal Ascot and other racing events this year.
The group also wants all animal farming and fishing banned.
Previous stunts have seen the eco yobs douse Parliament in white paint and pour milk over the carpets at posh Fortnum & Mason.
A spokesperson for Animal Rebellion threatened to go ahead with disruptive actions over the spring and summer.
