No Love, but Aidan O’Brien dominates entries for Saturday’s Irish Oaks at the Curragh led by Ennistymon and Passion

A potential field of 12 have been entered for Saturday’s Irish Oaks at the Curragh.

Aidan O’Brien has half the entries, but there will be no Love who will instead head to the Yorkshire Oaks for a possible clash with Enable.

O’Brien is instead likely to rely on Passion and Epsom runner-up Ennistymon as his main hopes.

Peaceful, Snow, Prose and Laburnum are the other four possibles, but the master of Ballydoyle has revealed it’s unlikely Peaceful and Prose will take up their entry.

The chief danger could be Jessica Harrington’s Cayenne Pepper, last seen second to Magical in the Pretty Polly Stakes.

Trainer Ger Lyons has a trio entered. Yaxeni, Lemista and Even So could all represent the County Meath handler.

Donnacha O’Brien has given his French Oaks winner Fancy Blue an entry, while brother Joseph has entered New York Girl.
