THE racing expert who landed a massive 800-1 treble at Cheltenham Festival has revealed his top picks for day one at Royal Ascot.
And it includes a huge 28-1 outsider.
Kevin Blake correctly called 7-1 Telmesomethinggirl, 11-2 Mount Ida and 14-1 Mrs Milner in March.
The respected Irish pundit is an absolute genius when it comes to picking winners.
And he reckons he has cherry picked some top picks for the first day of the royal meet.
His Nap – in other words his best bet of the day – is Global Storm in the 6.10pm race.
That horse is currently available at odds of 5-1.
But his big longshot fancy on the day comes in the 5pm race.
And he has plumped for Lucky Deal, who is 28-1 in the betting.
Mark Johnston trains the horse, and he has been in brilliant form with his runners, operating at a 16 per cent strike rate.
The return to fast ground should suit this six-year-old, who benefits from having top jockey Franny Norton in the saddle.
More to follow.
