A PLUCKY PUNTER turned £3 into a whopping £41,118 with Paddy Power on Saturday after backing races in Dubai and Doncaster.
The racing fan from Milton Keynes collected his winnings after backing a Lucky 15 each-way at 10p, costing him just three quid.
The first of his four selections was by far the biggest gamble of the day, as he fittingly backed TAKINGRISKS in the 15.15 race at Doncaster at a huge 40/1.
But jockey Sean Quinlan gave the punter the dream start, after riding the huge outsider to glory by one-and-a-quarter lengths.
The second selection was also at 15.15 but at Meydan in Dubai, as 20/1 shot MYSTERY LORD battled to win a tight race by just a quarter of a length, with Pat Cosgrave in the saddle.
The next stop on this winning bet slip was back at Doncaster, in the 16.25 – backing MARSHMALLO at 20/1.
MARSHMALLO comfortably saw off competition from Billams Legacy to win by two lengths.
The final selection in the 16.25 at Meydan was 25/1 outsider MOSHAHER, who rode home to victory by one-and-a-quarter lengths to send the plucky punter into dream land.
