Watch Donald Trump and Joe Biden race as horses in US election sprint… that could predict real-life outcome of vote

DONALD TRUMP and Joe Biden have been jockeying for position in the US presidential election.

But how would they get on as horses in an actual race?

Betfair decided to see what would happen if Trump took on Biden in a race… as horses
The SuperTrump horse had a mane strikingly similar to Trump’s do

Well, bookies Betfair – who have Biden favourite at 40-85 to win the actual election and Trump at 2-1 – pitted two sprinters against each other in a battle that could predict the outcome of the real-life vote.

And in a neck-and-neck encounter, it’s Biden‘s horse – cheekily named BidenHisTime – who comes out top against SuperTrump.

Betfair held the joke five furlong sprint at Lingfield racetrack and titled the contest the Race to the White House Stakes.

SuperTrump actually took the lead on the inside rail but, unlike what polls in the US have been saying all along, it was BidenHisTime who fought back strongly.

The Republican candidate and his, erm, equine equivalent – sporting an equally shocking head of blond hair – battled gamely but fell just short.

Trump, 74, will hope luck is on his side when the results of the election are revealed.

The president – who recently shared a video himself dancing to Village People song YMCA – made his final pitch to voters on Monday night, wrapping up a whirlwind tour that saw him visit some of Election Day’s key battleground states.

Trump, who is three years younger than Biden, held five rallies in four states – including North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

It was a close race but the horse named after Biden just beat Trump rival

The 45th president made his final pitch for a second term in the White House in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his adult children by his side.

He told supporters: “I think we’re going to win everything. I think tomorrow is going to be one of the greatest wins in the history.

“This is not the crowd of somebody who is going to lose the state of Michigan. This is not the crowd of a second place finisher.

“We want a big win. Not just a win. A big win.”
