Katie Boulter will hope to continue her solid grass court form

Cameron Norrie made the semi-final last year

Boulter comes into SW19, which begins on June 3, in great form after winning the Nottingham Open to claim her first career title earlier this month.

The 26-year-old also saw boyfriend Alex de Minaur lose in the final of Queens to Carlos Alcaraz.

On him, she said: “I’m very proud of what [de Minaur] does – he’s one of the motivators that keeps me going.”

Boulter has her eyes on winning a Grand Slam, saying: “That’s my ultimate dream and to be number one in the world.

“I’m a very competitive person. That’s one of my biggest traits.”

Norrie has had a year of mixed results but after making the Wimbledon semi-final last year, the world No13 has big aims.

He said: “World number one is my goal and Wimbledon champion, it has to be.”

Last year he beat David Goffin in a dramatic fifth set victory with royalty William and Kate watching on from the stands.

Asked if they are lucky charms, Norrie said: “He’s never seen me lose. It’s a 100 per cent record.”

Draper will unfortunately not feature at Wimbledon this year due to a shoulder injury.

The 21-year-old former SW19 junior finalist picked up the problem at the French Open in May.

There are big hopes for Draper in the future but it’s disappointment this year.

He said: “I guess in this sport there are so many ups and downs, but this one is tough to take.”

With Andy Murray aged 36, Draper could take over as Britain’s next hope, yet he is not impacted by pressure, explaining: “I am not here to take over from anyone.

“I just want to be known as Jack Draper, who followed my own path.”
